• Instant-download products, lifetime deals, and annual plans are all covered exactly the same way.

A few tiny (but fair) exceptions:

• If you request more than three refunds across separate purchases in a 12-month period, we reserve the right to politely decline future purchases.
• Refunds are not available after 30 days, even by one minute.
